THOUBAL DEC. 4, 2019: Returning Officer (RO), Thoubal Smt. N. Bandana has notified that the election (by-election) to fill the vacancy of Member to 10/26 - Sapam Gram Panchayat of Wangjing Tentha CD Block will be held on 17th January, 2020 (Friday).
According to notification of the RO, Thoubal, the last date for filing nomination is 09/12/19 before 3 pm, date for scrutiny-10/12/19 at 11 am, last date for withdrawal of candidature -13/12/19, date of counting of votes - 20/01/2022 and date of completion of election is 22/01/2020.
The Returning Officer also notified that nomination paper may be delivered either by the candidate or by any of his/her proposers to RO/ARO, Thoubal on any day except holidays at the conference hall of DC, Thoubal between 11 am and 3 pm.
