Dear Smt. Khatingla Keishing,
I am deeply shocked to hear of the sudden demise of your beloved husband Shri Rishang Keishing, former Chief Minister of Manipur and seasoned Parliamentarian yesterday. He dedicated his whole life for the development and welfare of the people of the State. He served the State and the people tirelessly throughout his life and his passing away is an irreparable loss which will be difficult to fill up.
I offer my heartfelt condolences to you and the people of Manipur and share in your loss and sorrow. May you and your family members and the people of Manipur have the strength to bear this loss and may his soul rest in peace.
